Pure hybrids like this Ioniq version harvest the braking energy into a battery and that allows that to be utilised during driving giving better consumption. All highly commendable. I'll keep this short as my previous attempt to reply crashed out asking for a further sign on to the site. The Skoda Octavia mk3 manual 1.4tsi is actually the most frugal petrol engine I've owned. Hi,
Obviously just joined.
I have two cars: Skoda Octavia mk3 1.4tsi manual (2014) and an ancient Toyota Echo (Yaris for some) with 1.3L engine and manual box (2003).
Pretty happy with consumption I get from both but always looking to improve.
