Last night, shorter route again, but this time there was an accident which meant a slow stop/start queue with many engine off/ons then some temporary traffic lights near home warranted a small detour, 10.5°C, mostly crosswind SSW16:

This morning, motorway route, raining and very strong wind - I had to pulse quite a few times on the downhil stretch on the motorway where normally one will do, 8°C, headwind W26:
39.7 (indicated 41.9) / 21.7 - I think this MPG figure is a bit of an abberation!
It can't be right as a mile from work the onboard computer (FCD) was showing over 55mpg and the UltraGuage finished the trip at a quite normal 59.3mpg. The FCD must have had some kind of glitch! Anyhow, it'll probably mean it'll be less exaggerated than normal.
