Last night was best of the week going home but still not high as I wanted. I lost a bit dropping off car sharer as had to stop twice on his dead end street for other cars, 2UP, 12°C:
58.6 / 22.5

Thursday total: 57.2 / 45.2miles

This morning was slightly warmer and it had reached that magic temperature 7°C where I get great FE pretty much from the off, dull so side lights on, drizzling, side/tail wind NE 12mph, 2UP, hit 70+mpg twice but the final traffic light section got me!. Best in-bound commute of the week by far :D :
67.8 / 22.7

Tank up 0.3 to 59.6 / 477.8 / DTE283 Fuel gauge on 5.5/14
Honda FR-V 2.2 i-CTDi - Highest 117mpg - 6.1 mile run (+161%).
Best tank: 66.92mpg (+49%). Longest tank 768 miles.
Best commute: 97.1mpg - 42.8 miles (+117%).

This lunchtime going home was a great trip, my target was 63mpg and just beat it, 2UP, 11°C:
63.5 / 22.4

Friday total: 65.6 / 45.1miles

This afternoon went to school to pick youngest up (10 minute stop) then on to swimming lesson, 11°C:
84.2 / 1.6
59.3 / 1.6 Back from swimming

Tank up 0.2 to 59.8 / 503.4 / DTE260 Nearly dragged this tank back to 60 after a mainly poor commuting week.

Dropped daughter off at her new weekend job in the Jazz, 65.3 over 25.4miles.

Spent hours clearing out the loft of the garage and completely filled up the car with loads of junk. My 6 seater was turned into a 1 seater
Went to the tip, it was cold, only 8°C, had a great run going, loads of FAS:
76.1 / 3.5
55.2 / 3.2 Back from tip, shorter route, busy.

Tank up 0.1 to 59.9 / 510.1 / DTE254
Honda FR-V 2.2 i-CTDi - Highest 117mpg - 6.1 mile run (+161%).
Best tank: 66.92mpg (+49%). Longest tank 768 miles.
Best commute: 97.1mpg - 42.8 miles (+117%).

I'm up to 525 miles on my tank, i think I can eek another 40 odd before I have to fill on Tuesday. I really hope this will push me into the 60+ mpg. I have to go retro to calculate my "in tank" mpg and use a complex method of looking at the position of the needle and guessing how much fuel I used to do the miles since my last fill. I'm getting to be a bit of an expert now.

I like the 'retro' method Ben
Keep it up, I'm hoping to join you with a 60+ tank too!

Went to allotment this morning in the FRV. Don't usually go in the car but I had a load of stuff to take up and youngest daughter came too. Managed loads of FAS going, cold 7°C, P&G'd like crazy!:
84.2 / 1.6
48.8 / 1.6 going back home later, 12°C, got stopped by some temporary lights on an uphill section :(

Went to a christening in the Jazz this afternoon, hilly route, no FAS, responded really well to low speed, DWL up hills, DWB and DFCO downhill along with loads of coast in 'N' on less steep sections:
70.6 / 48.6miles there and back including a stop each way at parents to drop off youngest daughter :D

My retro method is showing 576 on the odometer, my fuel light hasn't come on yet either which is good. I think I'll smash the 60mpg mark hope to get around 63 if my maths is right.
