Talktalk.

Postby tighterse » Tue Aug 27, 2013 9:38 pm

Line rental effectively £9.40 per month if paid a year in advance. Phone and broadband on offer at £7.75 per month for 6 months then £15.50. UK calls unlimited day and night with a re-dial after 1 hour but premium rate numbers and mobile charged although 5 mobile numbers can be added at 10% discount. No broadband limits. 2 year contract. Service absolutely crap but hard to argue with the price. Sky channels can be added at extra cost 1 month at a time. LoveFilm also there at extra cost per film. Free box and installation.

CEO has signed up.

Not a bad offer - just don't ever try to leave them ;) - car sharer had a bad experience.

I'm still with PlusNet - recently upgraded to Unlimited Superfast Broadband - costs more than normal b/b - the joys of having 2 teenagers with i-things  - I've just checked and we've used 75.83Gb since 3rd August, usually around 100Gb a month.

I too pay line rental up front - £9.49 / month equivalent.
I am on a reduced price of £13.99 / month minus £2.00 from referrals (father and a neighbour) so £11.99 covers my broadband and all calls.
After my offer period has finished, I will be paying £21.99/month net. I used to pay £8.24/mo for normal b/b.
Great service so far and it's FAAAAAST :geek:

Anyone interested? - PM me for a referral :D

100 Gb I don't use that in a year!

But I presume if the CEO starts watching programmes on the Talktalk player and all the other players that the box offers it will shoot up.
