(available on iOS, Android, and - crucially for me - has recently come out on Windows Phone.
It's a navigation app based on community supported maps, also incorporating traffic reporting and petrol price logging (though that last function isn't available yet on WP).
It's not bad. Quite a lot of other users, helpful traffic indications, but does seem to chew battery.
