After my amazing 40% increase in MPG I was a bit worried that my 58MPG was a fluke or a mis calculation on my part. Having fulled up with another 30 pounds out the white stuff (about 23 Litres) I am already hitting nearly 200 miles without the fuel waring light showing. That works out at just over 40 MPG and I still have quite a few miles left to bring that figure up. I have changed my driving style slightly by reducing my speed down to about 45MPH and further practice has increase my coasting distances into junctions. This should hopefully pull my MPG up even further, I would like to break the 60MPG before the end of the month. I will report my final MPG figure next week when I run out of juice.
